1. Placing Your Order
Once you’ve chosen your piece and placed your order, we will get in touch to confirm the address for sending your inclusions.
If you prefer, you can also purchase a collection pack, which includes everything you need to send your materials safely.
2. Sending Ashes or Hair
• Ashes: We only need around one teaspoon for a piece of jewellery or keepsake. Any unused ashes will be returned to you.
• Hair or Fur: Any hair sent must be clean and fully dry before posting. Any unused hair will be returned to you.
You’re welcome to include a note about whether you’d like ashes to be visible within the resin or hidden discreetly — both options are available.
3. Safe Arrival & Confirmation
As soon as your inclusions arrive, we will let you know they’re here safely and ready for the creation process to begin.
4. Creating Your Memorial Piece
Your chosen resin colour is carefully mixed and layered by hand. Ashes or hair are added with precision and respect.
Every piece is created individually — never rushed, never mass‑produced — ensuring a meaningful, lasting keepsake.
5. Returning Your Finished Jewellery or keepsake
Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive:
• A message letting you know it’s ready
• Proof of postage when it’s on its way
• Any unused ashes or hair, returned safely with your order
